Nathaniel and the Team at Amada have been fantastic! My sisters and I were caring for my elderly mom around the clock when I heard of Amada. They helped us utilize her long term care insurance and guided us through the process offering a free assessment and help with all the paperwork at no extra charge too ! They really understand the system and work with you to help you navigate things. The staff have all been kind and professional . I would recommend them .

Do not waste your time even applying with this company. Extremely confusing and misleading hiring process. Extremely confusing office personnel. Extremely late for interview. Huge gigantic waste of time. I've been a care giver for 20 + years truly the professional ethics of these companies has severely gone down hill. Enough so that it makes you want to just get out of the caregiving field all together.

I use to work in senior services, and now I need senior services. This provider is the best, thoughtful, thorough, compassionate, trustworthy, willing to help us in our time of need, and timely. They have gone beyond my expectations. I highly recommend.

The assistance i/we received was with the understanding and care of support needed for for my mom. Amy Robinson has such a warm heart and listened to all of our concerns and turned them into actions. This is a very difficult process for someone having to get assistance for their parents. With Amy's help it took all of the unknowns and made it understandable. I can't thank her enough! And she works very well with the rehab facility Alderwood where my mother was for 6 months. Thank you Amy!!
