I feel very sad to write this review. My mother has been cared for by Amada, and most of the caregivers that I have encountered, explained from their own mouths they were not certified CNA's. Some were, some were not. The care is never consistent., Depending on the caregiver, my mother laid out some pretty important things that mattered to her and they're not done at all throughout the day mom's been pretty unhappy, she deserves to be cared for in her own home and given a bath if she needs one and it's was frequently denied.... read more
