We are so grateful for the wonderful care my sister, with special needs, received from Amada Senior Care of Charlotte. The caregivers were always timely, professional, and highly skilled. They assisted with all of her daily needs, including transfers using the overhead lift, personal care, laundry, and light housekeeping. What truly stood out was their kindness and compassion. I cannot say enough good things about the people at Amada Senior Care. The women who cared for our mother were so compassionate, caring and helpful. The owners and all the staff are gracious as well. I highly recommend Amada’s services if you have a loved one who needs home care. Grateful our Mother could stay in her home.
Brad, Gwen, Amy, and the entire Amada staff are great. They were an answer to our prayers in getting mom the in-home care she needed. Later they were instrumental in helping us with placement in an assisted living community. Brad explained mom’s long term care insurance policy to us and advocated for mom through the claims process. Amada had wonderful, caring employees who took.the best care of our 91 year old mother. Could not have prayed for anyone better. So thankful we found Amada. Highly recommend Amada to everyone.
I’d give Amada Charlotte six stars if it were possible. My brother was suffering mightily with late stage cancer and the caregivers were always professional, empathetic and ethical. They always showed up on time and knew what to do and when to do it. Brad and Gwen were always available and took great care of my brother. I am very grateful.
