My mother is 75 years and suffers from multiple health challenges. I was fortunate enough for a family friend that recommended Amada and their affiliate Anewa Home Care . The caregivers treat my Mom with every kindness imaginable and their service to her is nothing short of excellence. My Mom said I are grateful for Amada and the Anewa Home Care agency.
I highly recommend Amada Senior Care. Brad and Gwen are amazing to work with...attentive, caring, and empathetic - and their team of caregivers received constant praise from my mother (not an easy feat) as being excellent in caring for my father. Even when our "regular" caregiver couldn't make it on a particular day, the substitutes drew equal praise. If you're looking for professional care for your loved one...you'll be glad you called Brad and his team at Amada.
This is the first time having to experience the process that is the slow death of a dearly loved one. My grandmother said she never wanted to go to one of "those places" -- and that she just wanted to stay in her house, in her room... where she felt safe, and comfortable. We are so grateful for the wonderful care my sister, with special needs, received from Amada Senior Care of Charlotte. The caregivers were always timely, professional, and highly skilled. They assisted with all of her daily needs, including transfers using the overhead lift, personal care, laundry, and light housekeeping. What truly stood out was their kindness and compassion.
