Amada is absolutely amazing!! We needed a quick change in caregivers and within hours they had a caregiver lined up. The management team were so attentive to what was necessary for 24/7 care. Since that first phone call, and now being several weeks into care, the management team and caregivers stay in communication. It's so refreshing to work with a company that truly cares.

Never in my life have I experienced an organization so dedicated and understanding of the needs of the audience they serve. We contacted them to assist with my fathers final days in Hospice. Heather picked up the phone and offered me every assurance and flexibility I needed to say, let's do it. Within an hour, Stacy arrived to go over the plan. When my sister and I were in crisis and needed 24-hour care for my mom immediately, Amada stepped in right away. Everyone I spoke to at the company was kind and helpful. The care givers were compassionate, intelligent, and caring. They were responsive to our quickly changing situation and did what we needed them to do. Words cannot express our appreciation for the empathy, professionalism, kindness, attention-to-detail, and general overall skill of those at Amada Senior Care. When my wife of 57 years reached the end of her eleven year battle with breast cancer we were lost and frightened, not to mention frantic about how to deal with the situation.
