These guys try to make money out of occupancy by delaying closing. Plus they keep on charging irrelevant charges. In their Mississauga condo project they charge legal and admistrative fee for renting out the unit. This is infact ridiculous. Never seen a builder charging admistrative fee and legal fee if the unit needs to be rented out to a tenant. Worst builder to deal with.
I had a very pleasant purchase experience with Amacon and its sales and customer care team are amazing and made it such a smooth purchase and closing process.
They are a bunch of irrational irresponsible creatures; the receptionist is constantly absent, sipping coffee and putting the phone on voicemail.
