This is what AMAC Pharmacy's incompetence did to my daughter. They had an issue with my daughter's insurance, admits my daughter is not liable, but then does not send her monthly meds while I was actively helping to correct the issues. They only let me know about the problem with the insurance company on October 30, 2024. My daughter has traumatic brain injury (TBI) so she needs 2 controlled substances to help her. I am a hospice RN and tonight we had a glitch in the ordering of our patient meds. The glitch was in NO WAY an AMAC issue, but on-call pharmacist Ryan was a ROCK STAR in helping us resolve the issue and get our Hospice Client their meds tonight. Let me sum it up this way: AMAC Service As Usual!
