Seldom does a month go by without some kind of outage. Last month there was a three day outage for "equipment upgrade". The tower is being replace, the radios are being changed out, blah blah blah. I am in the process of finding a more reliable ISP even though it will cost me more.
This provider was awesome when I first signed up 3 years ago. Now I have a download speed of 1.0 Mbps and I pay for 10. Service tech has been to my house numerous times in the last 6 months. They have signed up too many customers and not upgraded their equipment. I tired of calling with no resolution.
