First time customer .very Bad service. Left many messages nobody called back. Sent emails still no reply. Sorry for the bad feed back .
Wow.....firstly I must say I am very impressed with how quick my blood pressure monitor came, all the way from perth, to the gold coast in just 24 hours from ordering.......and so far so good with the monitor....looks like it's well made and do far I am very happy with my purchase.....would recommend AMA medical to my friends......
Why oh why did I not look for reviews before purchasing? Customer service is deplorable, as has been said before, will take your money very quickly but when it comes to resolving a dispute, there's crickets.
Awful service. Chose AMA to purchase an oximetre. Three emails following up where it is and still not even the courtesy of a reply. Yet they are quick enough to take money out of my credit card for a product that still has not been posted over a month later. Dont use them.
