Can’t ever get an answer on the phone
Been with AMA all my life, don't mind them at all, automotive insurance are little higher then some other places but not bad. Only thing i hate is it takes forever for them to finally answer a phone call. Everytime i call in for something, i have to sit on hold for like 2 hours, if not more even.
If you call the call center be prepared to wait for hours....might as well start the lord of the rings trilogy! You would be finished the trilogy and still be on hold!! What a joke!
Been with AMA for 9 years. The one time I needed to have information on my policy I was put on hold for 3 hours. I Will be switching insurance providers and I would suggest not going with ama for anything other than roadside assistance.
