Unable to contact a person on the phone on hold over 2.5 hrs and over 1 hrs. Then call was hung up. Also cant email they dont answer. Website says members can call at 0800 but they say they are closed. Can't do my changes online as its a farm account. Can't book a farm insurance representative until a month ahead online. This company sucks. I called st albert regular customer service they ssud on line holds are 3hrs or more. Definitely looking at changing insurance companies.
