I "was" a new patient. I saw Dr. Panicco for my very 1st appointment. I was thrilled to have a Dr. with a good bedside manner. That was "then". When I scheduled my second appointment...as it got closer to that appointment, I was notified that I needed to cancel and reschedule (since Dr. Panicco wasn't in the office that day). Saw Dr Tanyous on 1/21/25 and thought he was very thorough. Having major breathing issues. He prescribed a few meds to try to help me. CVS needed prior authorization so I attempted to reach the Drs office for 3 days and they are too lazy or uncaring to return a simple phone call. So in the meantime , everything is status quo and I am on my own. Stay away !!!! So sad and pathetic that you leave the same response to all your patients that need help instead of fixing the problem and helping your patients in need. Shameful !!! P... read more
Since I've started seeing my Doctor here everyone has been very professional and kind, they make you feel welcomed.
