While we had a great experience with the driver education course and the call centre, the instructor Fitsum was totally unprofessional, he would arrive when he liked and just text to say he was coming, not ask if it was ok and on one occasion was more than an hour late and never arrived so we cancelled, then was very defensive when he was challenged about it claiming a family emergency, but made no attempt to explain that before hand, we had to make two complaints about him to management. I had an extremely good experience with my driver instructor throughout this course.Mr Fitsum is very good at staying calm and collected but also praising for the good things while driving.
Dealing with AMA on its own was quite satisfactory. The instructor that we had, I would not recommend at all.
My daughter registered and did her in class. I has been literal MONTHS of her trying to book her in car training with her instructor ignoring her phone calls and text messages. She tried calling the office to rectify and was told too bad keep trying there’s nothing we can do. Disgusting business taking advantage of you people!!!
