While we had a great experience with the driver education course and the call centre, the instructor Fitsum was totally unprofessional, he would arrive when he liked and just text to say he was coming, not ask if it was ok and on one occasion was more than an hour late and never arrived so we cancelled, then was very defensive when he was challenged about it claiming a family emergency, but made no attempt to explain that before hand, we had to make two complaints about him to management.
