I visited about a week ago and received one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. A young guy named Aiden couldn’t have been more helpful or more knowledgeable. His level of service was outstanding and will keep me coming back for as long as he’s there. Truly one of those experiences you end up telling people about. Highly recommend!

Bought a smart charger for my bike on Sunday fitted it on Monday the auto function wouldn't work, took it back that Tuesday, and because I fitted it, they wouldn't accept an exchange. Instead I'd have to wait 4+ weeks for it to be sent off and tested then sent back
