After nearly a decade with ama it was time to cancel my membership nothing but issues with them. Being put on hold for a whole day multiple times. Given miss information about policies. Being overcharged for services that you did not receive. Insane cancellation fees when you can’t get through to anyone to discuss insurance. Spending days on end waiting in the branch to get help. Had a flat battery yesterday, the first driver came out didn't have the correct battery we wanted, 2nd driver came out with the wrong CCA Battery again. However this morning George came out today did an excellent service for us, not only made a special trip to pick up the right battery we asked for, but also made it even better than we expected.
