I should do my registration online as there is always a wait to do in person
Lineups and customer service is beyond slow. Prepared to spend your entire afternoon in line.
The service at this location is terrible. I walked in with my boat insurance policy to pay the premium. They put you in the queue and then you wait. After 40 minutes they had only served 1 walk in customer. You can see 4 or 5 agents at their desks with no customer. I guess they are doing phone calls? My transaction would have taken about 2 minutes. If your agents aren’t serving walk in customers maybe keep them out of sight!!
