Very professional and efficient
Been a member for well over a decade and am finally done. They don’t help when needed, long wait time to unlock for a service I pay for. Not to mention the rude woman I dealt with in person. Bad service
I'm trying to do a simple address change on my registration. I called yesterday and hung up after an hour. I sent a email got no response. I am still on hold again today going on 45 minutes...this is ridiculous...maybe time to rethink my insurance for a company that gives a crap about my time as well FYI I'm not a member so no I can't do it online.
