I’ve been paying for a membership for almost 10 years. Finally needed a simple unlock service. I was quoted 3 hours…okay that’s fine I know it’s busy. But three hours later and I still have no idea when the person is coming. The app says I can expect them to come on time…obviously not. I called and was just told it could take up to 48 hours - what!? So I’m supposed to stand in the snow in a parking lot for up to 48 hours and they’ll come when they feel like? AMA has been great, battery and registration services are excellent
New phone service menu does not mention "commissioner of oaths" services. Also electronic menus really are built to free up staff and DO result in a down-grade of services, increasing customer frustration.
