I'm so curious as to why some registries, such as the one I used to use when I lived downtown, can be so fast when renewing drivers licenses, but AMA locations are SO SLOW. SLOW! It makes no sense. Is it a training issue? A computer issue? What? I would have gone downtown to my regular location, but the construction has made it impossible to get there.
Possibly the worst insurance company i’ve had to deal with. I’ve been left on hold for 3 hours before. Every time I go in, I leave feeling more frustrated. My concerns are almost never resolved or take ridiculous amounts of time to resolve. The one star is for the kindness of the insurance agents. I had a phone appointment today, they never called, so I called them and they said they didn’t schedule it.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR LEGAL NAME CHANGES. I'm an AMA member so when I wanted to legally change my name, I went to this registry. Normally my experiences here regarding vehicle registration etc are perfectly fine. But so far my experience with the legal name change process has been a literal nightmare.
