Apparently you must be ama member to use their services. What an arrogance and exclusivity. Id say discrimination.
The slowest worst service I have ever experienced. I stood in line for 30 minutes with one person in front of me in line to register my vehicle. When I finally got to a customer service person she turned me away because my vehicle insurance didn’t have a time zone on the date/time my insurance would go into effect (it was active). So I had to leave and come back in an hour and stand in line again, this time with three people in front of me (I am currently in line, hasn’t moved in 15 minutes so I may need to camp out here, pl... read more
