After nearly a year of "Unprecedented call volumes" you'd think they'd have it figured out. There is no point in calling AMA. I spent days on hold, every spare afternoon or free morning I had - hours on hold and no one ever answered the phone. Don't waste your life trying to use them.
Paid over 1300 for driving course just for no slots to be available for months. They dont warn you that wont be doing driving anytime soon, just a cash grab as wouldve went with a different company
Made sure to call as soon as they opened because I wanted AMA, unfortunately gave up after and hour of waiting.
License center and westland insurance will be your best bet! You will save a lot of time and money and find reliable people!
