Compared to the other registry offices in town, the wait times and service is great.
Was at the AMA at a little before 9 5 minutes. I waited in my car. Then went to stand at the door. There were three people in front of me. Two were together. So when the doors opened at 9 we stood in line. A guy that just walked in walked up to the lady at the till. She asked what he needed and helped him while we that were there before him had to wait. Not happy. Your employees need to do better. Reply It wasn’t about waiting in line it was the fact that she helped someone not in the line

Paid for a premium membership and then wouldn't let me use the towing!!? What's the point of paying for a premium membership...don't do it save your money !
After 2 days of trying to phone ama insurance I decided to drive to town and go in person. 45 minutes now and me and the 3 people ahead of me haven't moved. Out of a dozen desks there are only 3 with agents at them. Unacceptable to think your clients have nothing better to do. 10 min later, they wouldn't serve me because I didn't check in. There's no sign saying to and the other times I was here I didn't have to and never had to wait an hour. Try intact folks, I will canceling my policies with ama.
