My wife went here twice to register my truck, sent her back with a form they needed me to sign. Done, signed. Go again and now they want insurance listed as both of us or something? What? Why wasn’t this explained in the first visit. The advice I have for the registration desk is go through everything even if you can’t issue the registration the first time, find all the issues on someone’s first visit because I guarantee they aren’t coming back a third time. 0/10 nobody wants to go to the registry office several times a week... read more
