Very professional and friendly personal
Slow,slow. One person working at the registry, line up to the door. Over a hour wait. Sad the service is so slow.
Friendly staff good communication
The staff is very helpful and friendly, the only problem is right now they are getting slammed with the new license roll out, so the wait time is long
I’ve been trying to get a quote for two days. Can’t get through to anyone. Why can’t AMA hire enough people to serve their customers? Very poor customer service, I have been their faithful member for over 20 years. Makes me want to shop for a new insurance company.
