Absolute worst company to do business with. Initially dispatched by my home warranty company to do an AC repair on 8/25. Was told I would need a part that they had to order to complete the repair and it would be 8-10 days until it came in. Ok no problem. Scheduled repair for over two weeks later first thing in the morning. Morning of the scheduled repair they called to say the part hadn’t come in and needed to postpone one week. Called Daikin multiple times, but the part is not in yet. Not our wrong. So we made the full refund per your request. You have all the info on the part needed. Worst company ever. They were dispatched by my warranty company to diagnose my broken water heater. I called on Friday Dec. 16, 2022 and 2 techs arrived Saturday morning and said my water heater needed to be replaced. They said they would contact the warranty company on Monday Dec. 19. Today is tuesday Dec. 20, 2022 and between trying to call them, connecting and they have a bad connection on their end, and several false promises, and absolutely NO communication FROM them at all (I had to do all the calling) I called the war... read more
