Did they good a good job at cleaning the carpet? I guess. But there are a number of other factors that made this company somewhat of a nightmare. First of all, they don't carry any foam or plastic to put under your furniture after carpet cleaning. The best they could do is suggest that I use aluminum foil. But most of all, their pricing in the Buyer's Edge circular is incredibly deceptive. No where on the ad does it include fees other than the travel fee. Am2Pm came out to do my air ducts on friday, i have never had them done before and friends have told me it was good to get them done with the allergie problem in my house. I had no clue what to expect. Every where I called they said for my house and how big it is it could be around 400-500 dollars for the cleaning of the ducts and the sanitizer: Except AM2PM- they quoted me 250-300 dollars. I just moved into a new house with almost all tile.This company was the cheapest i had seen all around. When i called i wasnt beliving the price at all. I made an appointment for the very next day, and when the two guys came out i was expecting to pay an outrageous amount for all the tile. AM2PM did an AMAZING job!! I have used the same company for the past 5 years to do all my deep cleaning for me. Just the other day my lovely 3 year old son split red cool-aid on my light brown carpet. I then called the same company i have been going with to come out and get the red stain out of my carpet, the gentleman gets there and he ends up telling me that he can not get the red stain out, and there was a ridiculous travel fee for coming out. They came out to my house the exact day that I wanted them too! The workers that came to my house were very nice and great at their job(: I will be using this company again, and I told all my friends how wonderful they are. They have the cheapest prices out of any one and they work great!!

My wife and small children live in a very quite Chandler neighborhood. I wake up at 330 for work every day. I couldn't believe my ears when I heard this inconsiderate company cleaning carpets past 8pm on a week night. I contacted the phone # on the side of the van and was quickly given a noise and zoning lesson. I understand they are within rights to work but give me and all the neighbors a break. They should change their name from am2pm to pm2am.
