Customer Service: We called an hour before they closed to get a same day appointment. The guy on the phone was honest and said there was a person who just came in but that to come and we can just wait. We got there 20 minutes later and we were seen immediately. ( I had my baby with me and they kept asking if we needed anything, and just gave a really nice family feeling.)
