Honesty is NOT easy to come by in this basement leak/repair industry. Luckily, I called A&M for a second opinion after getting a quote for $27,000 from "the leader in basement leaking and repair systems." Carl Lueth deserves a steak dinner and a bonus for being so honest and NOT trying to take advantage as I clearly feel the other company was doing. They refused to even set an appointment to look at my basement due to having a Gary address, despite not living in the city of Gary and literally across the street from Griffith. I understand there are issues with getting permits and such in the city of Gary, however this area is unincorporated Calumet township, with large beautiful well kept properties. I respect the right for private businesses to refuse business at their discretion, however I think that they should look at each customer or property on a case by case basis... read more
