I paid Alex in full and was supposed to get a windstorm inspection and he willnot answer calls or emails. I am selling my house to the new buyers and their insurance needs the windstorm certificate and I paid extra for it, but never received it. We are in the process of filing lawsuit and leins because of this. Myself and buyers are out alot of money because of this. I have given Alex alot of jobs in the past when I was flipping houses, but never again.
He will not return my calls and my roof that is less that 30 days old is leaking.
Prompt and quantify service.
I considered this company for my roof. I give them 4 stars only bc they are not registered with BBB or insured. However, they offered me the best price and have a large picture profile of their work on their facebook. They could use more videos with them actually in it doing the work with their name presented somewhere in the video. The profile looks great and he came right right to do my estimate.
