They used my aluminum ladder, did not tell me, when they were done I thought they left theirs. Let them know, they picked up ladder. When I looked for my ladder it was gone. It has always been kept in shed. They are not responding called/ texted 4 times. 12 foot ladder!!! 7/13. They returned A ladder today, This team is amazing doing their job.
Very responsive and efficient with quote for both repair and option of full roof. Showed up when scheduled and completed the job with cleanup!
A fine company! We accidentally wrote a check for more than a thousand dollars over what we owed them for our new roof. When we learned of our mistake and told A&M about it, their representative came to our house within hours to give us a check to make up for our overpayment! They also showed up within hours to fix a minor issue that occurred after the work was done. This was great service!
