These people is the worst! We’ve been renting from these people in a while until they moved their family member in and let them trash the whole place! Garbage in the backyard. My daughter couldn’t even play back there if she wanted because their family created a safety hazard! I told the landlords but they didn’t want to do anything about it. wanted to update my review. Directly from my tenant ref A&M Properties owned by Pete Rushford: There was a clog in the sewer line a few months back and it backed up into the basement. I put in a work order and they came and fixed it but they did not clean anything afterwards. I cleaned the area the best I could, however the corner of the basement where all your old items were sitting in the sewage water.
