Worst drs office I’ve ever been to. Disrespectful dr and was left in the room for 40 minutes until they tried to bring in another patient. Then was handed someone else entire medical folder to take home.
Nurses were rude and treated me rough. But the Dr and radiologist were nice, friendly, and compassionate.
Their hours are wrong. Just go to WellNow. I do think their service has gotten a lot better over the years overall. But idk about it anymore
I noticed that all of these reviews are very old. My two young boys Pediatrician is all the way in Kalamazoo and sick appts there are just far away. So AM/PM care has been such a great help to us since moving here! Sometimes the wait can be a little long but it’s a walk in clinic. So that’s to be expected. The Doctors/nurse practitioners and nurses always show great care to my boys and always get them on the right path to feeling better.
