Alicia is the most unprofessional landlord I have ever dealt with. Alicia is a crook she will not communicate with you or help you with any of your requests. She will never return your deposit even if the home is in the same quality you got it in. She will use your money to do work to the house once you have moved out. Still waiting for the deposit. 3 months by now. What a hard person to reach out by phone!
No stars but I have to give at least one to make the post. She is now past the date the law allows for a full refund of my security deposit. She has block my emails, calls and texts. Off to visit the RE Commission next. DO NOT use this woman for any real estate transaction.
This is a terrible company to work with. We are a vendor that provided repair services to one of her rental properties and she has not paid the bill and continually dodges our phone calls, doesn't respond to emails or regular mail. Do not work for this unethical woman. Unfortunately, the owner of this home is going to have an unpleasant surprise when they see we had to place a lien on her home due to the poor management service this woman provides.
