This is an unethical and unscrupulous company. We had nearly identical experiences as others who have filed complaints regarding a water heater and home warranty company. Called AHS home warranty and they sent AM PM who proceeded to try to charge $619 for modifications. The tank has been replaced twice before without modifications; they arent necessary. This company does shady business with ***** Restoration and ********. I had water damage in my kitchen cabinets. I followed the adjusters instructions and got a plumber out to find and fix the leak before having the cabinets restored. I was referred to AM PM Plumbing through ********************. Horrible company!!!! We had 2 pipe leaks and called our home warranty company. After reading all the other reviews ** *********** must not check on their contractors. This company over charges....the office staff (*****) is very rude, as other comments have said. ****, the leader of the group, is very condescending,, and advised if we needed anything, just call him. trisha and tech aaron were the most unprofessional, rude contractors i’ve ever felt with. they wouldn’t work with the family situation i had. my sister had days to live. they told me a specific time frame they would be out. i had to make special arrangements so i could or have someone there. they came out before the time given and when talking to the tech aaron, he told me good luck with getting tank fixed. called next day and both of them refused to answer questions and gave rude responses back. don’t use these people if yo... read more

NOT ACCREDITED BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! *HORRIBLE COMPANY* I had some blockage in my condo. When I called ******** **** ****** they assigned AM PM Plumbing as the contractor to resolve the issue. Technician came out the first time un-announced at 7am. After snaking the drains and pulling a small ball of lint out of the drain the technician said the issue was resolved and left. BEWARE: If AM PM Plumbing is assigned to you by American Home Shield request a different company immediately. I had two service requests with them at the same time. First I had a leaking toilet which Liam came out and assesed the toilet. He said he would have to return to rebuild the tank and replace the wax ring. Liam came back and did the work but the toilet was still leaking. He said there was a small hair line crack and it was his experience that AHS would not cover replacing the toilet. am pm plumbing lied on my gas leak diagnosis in order to avoid doing the work order. also, Josh (the technician) seemed very inexperienced and is not even familiar with local plumbing codes. I tried calling Josh to have him correct the false statement on the diagnosis and he refused and told me "you can't prove that I lied." I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

Awful business. They never call back, the estimate was crazy, things not needed. Service was terrible. NEVER USE.
