Had am pm plumbing called out by American home shield warranty after my water heater went out. Am/pm said it would be $674 for modifications to the hot water heater but the heater and labor were included. I thought modifications would be bringing the water heater to code. Putting in a pan with new drain line and strapping it to the wall. The way the technician put it, it would be. They don't care one bit. Five days to come out to fix a leaking hot water heater- here five minutes- leave- say they'll call back with a quote- NOT- can't get anyone on the phone- don't return calls. Don't waste your time with them. They don't care. This company is a joke- a bad joke.
