Jim Lawrence was very professional, friendly and did a great job fixing my broken deadbolt. He also has funny stories to entertain you with while he is working. His work is very affordable too.
I called Jim on Sunday, and he arranged to come to my home the next day to change all of my locks as well as the code on my garage door opener. He is extremely pleasant and professional, and I truly enjoyed speaking with him. Would highly recommend Jim if you are looking for a seasoned locksmith.
If you need a key made correctly, this is the only place to go.
I inquired for an estimate and got a very curt response that Jim would not be in town for the weekend. He did not give me any pricing (which I did specifically ask for), nor did he bother to ask if our timing was flexible, which it is. I was really shocked I just got a hard "no" from a business who probably enjoys having new customers. Due to the lack of customer service, we will be going a different route.
