Charged $165 to "diagnose" a problem and wouldn't fix it because he didn't put it in. Said it wasn't his problem.
Exceptional service as always I've been using AM-PM for years and have been very satisfied. Paul is very personable and he takes the time to answer any question I have. I had a new AC unit and Air Coil installed by Paul in 2012 and the service was completed very neatly. Paul explained exactly what and how he would do the installation. Rates are very reasonable.
Came out at 11:30pm it was a hot 102 degree day and they replaced my blower motor when another HVAC company wanted to replace it not only saved me thousands of dollars but were prompt late at night very reasonably considering way after hours. I would highly recommend am-pm
Good and Quick Service on A/C We needed our a/c fixed. Paul came and fixed it that day without any problems. He talked to me by phone a few times just so I could understand my options. We were able to pay by phone because we had tenants in the home. EasyI did not compare prices to other businesses, but from what I remembered I thought it sounded reasonable.
Excellent Service Very Professional came out late in the evening and fixed my furnace.
Professional and Prompt AM-PM came out within the hour fixed my furnace in a timely fashion and charged very reasonable rates. I would highly recommend them.
The other review is totally correct. Hes a crook. Took several hundred dollars and repaired nothing. DO NOT CALL!!
What a thief!This guy charges me a \$500.00 service call(not t&m) for what should have been a 30 min job. I rate him a minus 5 stars!!!!
