I went to get a motor filter, and a cabin filter replaced. I was quoted $55 labor over the phone, because they thought they had to take the dashboard off to get to the cabin air filter. Turns out both filters were on top of the motor. Ten minutes of labor. Still charged me $55 labor, because "that's what the computer said to charge." This was the owner of the so-called business, so it was his discretion. What a crook!

I live in Las Vegas Nevada. My wife put Flex with her 98 expedition of mistake. Call auto places in Nevada they were ready to drop the tank pull the motor out and charge me thousands of dollars. Looked up flex fuel and a.m. p.m. auto repair came up. Called and they explained in detail what to do and what not to do. Very professional, knowledgeable, understood what I was talking about.
