Father, son team. Have been using them for about 7 years. Honest and always shows up same day or first thing next day when i call them and have AC issues.
I bought a 5 ton Rheem AC from this company seven years ago. The owner, Merrick, was supposed to send in the registration for the warranty. He did not do that and now my compressor failed and I have to lay out $2500 because he won’t make it good & won’t take the responsibility of replacing it. I was supposed to have a 10 year warranty on all parts.
