My personal experience with A.M. Katz Real Estate Management has been HORRIBLE, and still in progress. They ignored my emails and my phone calls since October 2025, when I was asking for a statement summarizing back rent. This statement was requested by HRA, They gave me the runaround then they started sending me forms with wrong due balances, alot of discrepancies and wrong dates. Isaac and Edier are professional, responsive, and a pleasure to coordinate with while assisting with NYC DOB paperwork.
I moved out of one of their buildings at the end of May 2025 and I’m still waiting for my deposit or an itemized list of deductions in August. They ignore my emails and they feed me lies over the phone. Supposedly, there’s no one available to write checks in the office as of September 3rd, so I have to keep waiting for my security deposit! If you want to steal it and keep it, just say so. No need to lie.
