Great working A&M teams. We had roof, siding and gutters replaced. Crews and support staff have been friendly and responsive. Patient with clients who aren’t used to a major exterior house remodel and all the things that happen along the way. Alicia and Andrew need awards. My experience with A&M home services has been a mixed bag. The team members I have interacted with have been very nice and the salesman was top notch. Until the execution of the project details and the followthrough has been something to be desired. The team came out to install new gutters on my house with gutter covers and new fascia and soffit. Install without any surprises. Very patient and accommodating as I studied multiple shingle samples. Clean up problem free. Removed oil stain on my driveway left by the truck.Would recommend without hesitation.
I called to get a roof repair/replacement quote. Tabitha was courteous, helpful, and answered my many questions. She quickly found a suitable time for someone to come out and give an estimate. She clearly articulated what to expect from the appointment. If the rest of A&M's process goes like my phone call I'm sure we'll be delighted with the results..
