Anthony did an amazing job walking us through our home inspection every step of the way! His septic inspection as well as home inspection was amazing! He took the time to explain things to us even when he didn’t have to. We were very lucky to have chosen such a great inspection company! I will always suggest this company and specifically Anthony!!!

Was recommended by the realtor we worked with. Inspected the house but never checked out the crawlspace (there are no pictures of it in our inspection; he said that he couldn't access the crawlspace, which was a lie). When we asked about the sagging floors the inspector said it was just because it was an old house, nothing to worry about. We believed him because we were first-time buyers. Come to find out, he missed damage in the sill plate and floors that was estimated to cost 50 grand to repair. Do not trust these people. ... read more
