Was recommended by the realtor we worked with. Inspected the house but never checked out the crawlspace (there are no pictures of it in our inspection; he said that he couldn't access the crawlspace, which was a lie). When we asked about the sagging floors the inspector said it was just because it was an old house, nothing to worry about. We believed him because we were first-time buyers. I am a mortgage lender and needed a water test done for a client. AM was prompt, professional, and communicated well. They set expectations and followed through.
We hired this company for a home inspection in Columbus, Indiana on July 7th. Their main phone number Tony's number never works .They did a home inspection and sent me a report with a typo and never corrected the typo even after I asked them via email. Tony did not even bother to reply to my email. Their home inspection report mentions "Please call us back if you have any question" but no one answers the main phone line. Tony is great. Very knowledgeable, pleasant, and easy to talk to. He was very helpful and provided us with a lot of information, not only about the home, but a lot of helpful information on ways to preserve our septic system! He is very thorough and appears to take a lot of pride in helping people understand their homes! 5/5 would recommend!
