Recently called A&M needing a diagnostic and repair to my heat pump system. I'm glad I did. Great communication, very reasonably priced service. I will definitely go with them again the next time I have an issue.
My furnace was broken right before winter hits. Mike from A&M heating and AC came for a quick look and decided that a new electric board was needed. He said he'll need a day to get the parts and come back to fix it. Then he NEVER returned or answered phone calls. We waited for him for a week in cold weather and had to use fireplace to keep warm before somebody else has time to fix it. Total time waster and NOT recommended.
