Very bad service and they expect for us family members to do their job. Plus one of them hurt my mom by putting the foley wrong. Not acceptable. Yes that is correct Carolina is her name and the one that hurt her putting on her foley is Ana which I can keep going with on with Names. And yes they partially did their job , but they expect for me to do their rest. Plus the nurse keeps gossiping about them. Not good at all.

THEY HAVE SENT, TO MY HOME, INEPT, ARROGANT, ADOLESCENT "POWER TRIP SUPERVISORS", THAT DON'T EVEN KNOW THE SCOPE OF THEIR OWN DUTIES, LATE PROVIDERS, PROVIDERS THAT DON'T WANT TO WORK/DON'T KNOW HOW TO PERFORM SIMPLE TASKS LIKE "WASHING DISHES", LITERALLY (IE. FOOD ON DISHES, STORED WET DISHES INSIDE MY CUPBOARD,...NEED I SAY MORE). THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED, ON THE CONTRARY!
