I had an issue with a sink that I tried to manage myself- but failed. I called and they sent a plumber that arrived right on time. Jason was very professional and informative. He rodded my sink out and it works perfectly. I would recommend them to family friends.

We were experiencing a sump-pump issue so we called AM/FM Plumbing. (03-06-25) Amanda answered and was pleasant and promptly had an appointment made for us the following morning :) The next morning Raul called us 20 minutes prior to our appointment time and confirmed. I like that he used boot covers inside our home, he listened to our concerns and issue and gave us several choices as far as equipment solutions and price options. I had a plumbing emergency and my experience with AM/FM was excellent!! Amanda was absolutely amazing! As my first point of contact, your professionalism, patience, and resourcefulness set the tone for my service call. I appreciate you taking the time to discuss my options. Frankie, who fixed the issue, was also wonderful! Thank you for talking through all the steps, from identifying the problem to correcting it, as well as allowing me to watch. I have used this local company for major plumbing last year and called again for some minor work this year. Always professional and fair in pricing. Once you use this great team you will never use anyone else again.
