Mike did a great job helping with a plumbing issue at my rental. There was a problem with the laundry shutoff valves, and the washer hoses could not be removed, so the installer was unable to complete the new washer installation. Mike communicated very well with me even though I was not on site, worked directly with the tenant, and handled the job promptly and professionally. Emailed about an issue with my sump pump and got a reply back from Amanda within a day. We discussed my concerns and what my options were for repair or replacement. We made an appointment for Frankie to actually come look everything over the next day. Frankie sent me a text when he was on his way and quickly and thoroughly assessed my situation and provided a list of different options. Mike and Terry were a blessing sent to me from heaven. They arrived early, found a major main line root blockage and solved the problem in just over 2 hours. All of this was completed with obvious knowledge and experience, a high level of professionalism, and they explained the scope of work in a clear and concise manner. In addition, a plan of action for regular maintenance to help lessen future problems was given. I am so thankful for finding AM FM Plumbing.
