I had a great experience with A&M Floral Place NYC. Maria was incredibly kind, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for a special occasion. The arrangement and added gifts were beautiful, delivered right on time, and handled with genuine care. You can tell they really value their customers and providing an exceptional service. Highly recommend!
I have ordered twice from the Brooklyn location. Their customer service is out of this world, and their flower arrangements are so beautiful and well thought out. The prices are very reasonable for the quality, and they are great at communicating as well. Cannot recommend enough.
A&M was so responsive to my calls and texts. The woman in charge took care of me from A-Z all while I was across the country. She curated a beautiful bouquet of flowers and did so with a short span of time. I plan to be there every week!
The flowers are always gorgeous and the cards are beautifully hand written. The florists are very very sweet. Great overall!
