Rushed work. I hired her to deep clean a 5000 sq ft listing of mine. They spent around 1 hour to do the entire house. Which is impossible, no matter how many people you bring. Instead of correcting the work she argued the bill w/ my customer. I ended up paying it so she would go away.
Utilized their cleaning services back in 2023 and out of the list I have (was quoted $250) they only vacuumed and cleaned my stove. I paid $250, DoorDashed beverages, and left a nice $50 tip expecting when I came home to my new apartment that the walls and baseboards would be clean. They instead left early to pick up their child from school. I hope they have changed by now but incase they haven’t I want to share and let others beware. Martha does an excellent job and is very reasonably priced compared to other cleaning services in the Minneapolis area. She makes wood floors look impeccable and really refreshes the home. She is very thorough and I highly recommend her cleaning services.
