n 2020, we bought tilt and turn windows and a sliding door from AMC, a Chinese importer of windows in Las Vegas. Our contractor went to pick up the windows and sliding door and he was very astonished that the items came unassembled. The contractor assembled the doors together with an AMC employee. During the final house inspection, we noticed that one of the windows was stuck and cannot be opened, and one could not be tilted.
