They installed a window together with many other items during a remodel project. Years later the window is fogged up and leaking between the glass. I knew we had a lifetime warranty on the window so I called A&M. He forwarded me to the supplier. The suppliers concluded A&M did not install the window they sold me. He said it was a cheaper one and therefore did not have the lifetime warranty. I contacted A & M.
