I initially tried to call another plumber I had used in the past. They didn’t have anyone on call tonight. I had used Botte for another issue recently. Customer Service was great. I got a text with the photo of my plumber. Steve Miller is an awesome, knowledgeable professional. I was amazed at how quickly he arrived. Really happy I used your service tonight. Pricing was fair. I will use you again and recommend you to others

I have used AmBotte before usually pretty good work. This time I had them out for a hot water heater that wasn’t igniting for one of my tenants after they moved in. The problem I have, is the guy comes over to me and tells me I need a new hot water heater, he hadn’t even opened it, he pushed the ignitor and nothing. Now this hwh is a 2021 hwh, pretty new. He quotes me 2500$ for a new one. I’m like what?!?! I take him to the hwh and tell him to remove the ignitor and clean it. He goes, “I guess I could do that”. What?!?! You ... read more

Had a great experience with A.M. Botte Plumbing, a.k.a. Good2go. We've had issues on and off for years with our tub drain backing up. Melvin, the plumber they sent out (same day service!), switched out a few existing pipes explaining that what we had were not the correct type for tub drainage. In doing so, he also provided easy access from our basement for us to troubleshoot future, minor backups ourselves. This may not seem like a big deal, but, as someone who likes to be self sufficient, this is a BIG DEAL to me. While he ... read more
