Tech Frank was very good. He was knowledgeable and explained things well.
Frank Breen from Good2Go performed my annual ac maintenance today. Professional and very thorough. I always have several questions and he took plenty of time to answer. He offered advice on making the ac run more efficiently. He also gave me the heads up on things a few issues that may need addressing down the road, but not right now. The service from Good2Go always exceeds my expectations!
The technician was professional, explained the options, and completed the job without any delays. The area was left in the same condition as when they arrived and they took the time to explain what was done and shared the improvements made during the installation. We will definitely call again for any future issues.
