Showed up same day. Polite and friendly. No problem with the service person. I was charged $85 for a residential service call. The website shows $65 service calls for residential and $85 for commercial. I was charge $285.00 to reset the temperature on my freezer door and to vacuum out the pet hair from the vent underneath my refrigerator. I feel I was overcharged for not actually repairing anything. Next time I’ll check the manual before calling for repair, and I’ll call someone else.
