Came out to inspect my ductwork for a leak as part of an American Home Shield warranty call. They sent someone out, who did zero troubleshooting, took a few pictures, then reported incorrect information to AHS (or just straight up lied). I called a few times to iron this out, but could never talk to anyone.
Just had Alex from AM AC Service fix our AC. He was on time, polite, professional and knew what he was doing. Got our AC fixed quickly. Thank you!
