I had used ACS to care for my Father who passed a couple of weeks ago from September of 2018 until January, 2019, and I can't say enough about this agency. Everyone we interacted with was knowledgeable and compassionate . I would like to give a shout out to a few people in particular. Rob the owner showed a genuine interest in getting my Father set up with the right aide and right care plan, I didn't feel like a number like I did with a couple of agencies I had seen. I called to get some information regarding insurance issues and acs staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to stear me in the right direction and didn’t just ignore all the questions I needed answered. They called me back in a timely manner and were friendly on the phone.

The only reason I am giving this at least two stars is because the insurance company should share some of the responsibility with the issues I had with this agency. I was pretty encouraged when I learned that my mother would be placed with this agency, basically because of the name and the information I had read on the website about caring for patient's with Alzheimer's. Speaking with their coordinator, I felt confident and settled after hearing, "we will keep trying till we get it right". Let me start by saying this disease... read more
