Our family cannot say enough about Alzein Peds! All doctors are amazing and staff is always so friendly in all locations. Scheduling appointments is easy and on routine schedules where you don’t have to wait for weeks to get in. Not to mention in emergency cases urgent care takes them right away. Absolutely outstanding and we always recommend to friends and family. Shout out to 111th office, beautiful clean facility with staff that feels like family! Just the best all around.
We are beyond grateful for Alzein Pediatrics in Oak Lawn and their truly amazing staff. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. 3 stars because the doctors are GREAT. Especially Dr. Stephanie Cermak. The wait times, however, are a little insane. Almost every visit we’ve had, we have been in the room waiting for baby to be weighed or seen by doctor for at least 30-45 minutes each time.
Natalie is the best. She's assisted my daughter and I the last 2 times I was here. The process was simple and efficient. She welcomed us and made us feel comfortable during a scary time dealing with sickness. So very appreciated! When we left, I felt confident with the care we received. We saw Kim Reule who was incredibly kind and gave us a game plan to get my daughter up and back to herself again. 5 stars
I absolutely love them! I’ve seen a couple of the physicians they have available in the office and they were all great. Moved out of state and refuse to change insurances because I love them so much— I’ll continue to travel to them
