We've been with Alzein Pediatrics for more than 10 years now and Dr. Alzein and other providers have been exceptional. Alzein Pediatrics have several locations making it easy for us when having appointments and choosing the closest location. Dr. Alzein is very thorough and has great bedside manners. The only thing that I can honestly say is that with the expansion of new facilities, I'm afraid that it seems that the new staff is not as prompt with giving messages to providers and calling back with answers. Dr. Alzein is amazing!! We have been a part of practice for 10 years. He, and all his practitioners, are very knowledgeable (I'm a nurse) and he has caught some developmental issues VERY early when they could be easily corrected. We can always get same day appts when needed. My daughter always feels safe and comfortable. These people love their jobs and it is evident in every aspect of the practice.
This is the best office out of the bunch. Dr. Alzein is great with kids and beyond understanding with first time parents. They have a range of available appointments to accommodate working parents and have a wonderful app that tracks our visits. Highly recommend this office.
As always, Dr. Alzein is very compassionate and great with my children. He is very knowledgeable and super down to earth. I rarely never have to wait, we go back to a room pretty much upon checking in. Staff is all friendly and very easy to work with. Favorite place to go. Moved 3x and am willing to travel 45 minutes just to see them. Wouldnt trust anyone else with my kids. Amy at the front desk is absolutely incredible and the Drs and MA's take their time and are so sweet with my kids. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a pediatrician.
