New post.... We have been an "Alzein Peds" family for the last 11 years. All 4 kids have been patients (the youngest since birth). We always have a great experience with the nurses and front desk staff as well as the nurses and doctors. We have been seeing Angela Boomsma for years now... my kids LOVE seeing her. The service was really good when we first started with them. But today i.e. on Friday, they told me that my Monday morning appointment wouldn't be available and needs to be rescheduled, then kept me on hold for 45 min just trying to get the new appointment. I'm switching the provider.
We absolutely love Angela! She is truly amazing with babies and has a heart of gold. From the start, she made us feel supported and cared for, especially as we were navigating a new and overwhelming experience. Angela went above and beyond. She would call us regularly just to check in and make sure we were doing okay. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and meant so much to us.
