Dr. Rios is a wonderful pediatrician. She is thoughtful, patient, compassionate and knowledgeable. She never rushes the appointment & takes the time to go through everything. When we have a concern, we send a message and she gets right back to us! She is absolutely amazing. We switched pediatricians and it was definitely the right choice. Dr. Rios treats us with respect and is so kind to our children. We would 100% recommend Dr. Rios.
Very frustrating experience with this doctor’s office. I booked annual checkups for both my kids earlier in the week — full details taken, date/time confirmed, insurance updated — everything supposedly set. Then days later I’m told one appointment “doesn’t exist.” No explanation, just blame shifting between staff and some vague “call center.” When the manager got on the call, instead of fixing the issue she was rude, talked over me, raised her voice, and refused to answer simple questions.
