I had a very disappointing experience here after being a Novant patient for over 20 years. I scheduled what was supposed to be an annual exam, which Alyssa changed to an office visit because it had not been a full year since my previous appointment and lied about giving be a behavioral health assessment, this resulted in a $250 bill that I was not expecting. The appointment was last minute, convenient, and expedient. Results were prompt. Dr. Reid was accommodating, professional, and accessible to me as a patient. She listened and heard my comments.
