I was a little reluctant to have a Nurse Practitioner instead of a GP. I am pleased to say she outperformed my expectations. The office staff is wonderful.
I was treated with a sincere respect and kindness that I have never had from any provider. She teaches as she is treating too. I didn’t feel rushed out. Very genuine person.
As my primary, Alyssa Swisher, has a very mild manner listening approach. She takes the time with you without feeling rushed or unheard. We exchange solutions and a plan for the future. She, does her job with ease and always willing to go the extra mile. Dislikes are with Oak Street health......they need to work on referral accuracy, listening skills and relaying the right information. Overall I am happy with the care received.
