I have been going to Hair By Ashton for 6 years who is located in a suite owned by this business. I asked for a lavender color which she said she was capable of doing. When the appointment was completed i was left with a splotchy with blue and dark purple. She admitted to me that she tried to dilute a dark purple which she previously had and it didn’t work as she expected. She then gave me instructions to use dish soap to try to strip my hair and gave me the purple color to take home and apply to certain areas, I was baffled... read more
